Admin Queries #2

We're three days into nominations and I have some more queries. It's very important that these get answered quickly, as while unapproved fandoms are shown randomly, the admin console shows approved fandoms with outstanding tags in strict alphabetical order by fandom alone. Until these are resolved, I can't really progress past M. (If your fandom has been approved but characters have not, this is why).

If I don't hear back from you within two days, your nomination will be rejected. You are able to petition for your nomination to be added back in; I simply need to move these so that I can approve things.

• New Mutants & Hellions - There are two teams this could fit. Do you mean the original teams or the second generation?

• Please move combinations involving both movies and TV shows into Crossover Fandom and combinations that are television shows alone into the respective television show or Crossover Fandom.
• James "Bucky" Barnes & Wade Wilson - Wade Wilson is not an MCU character. Please move into Crossover Fandom

NCIS

• Jethro Gibbs/Dwayne "King" Pride (NCIS) - Dwayne Pride appears to be from NCIS: Las Vegas. Are these shows related and do the fandoms consider them connected?

Doctor Who

• Please nominate into either Doctor Who (1963) or Doctor Who (2005).

Enola Holmes Series - Nancy Springer

• A number of these nominations have "Sherlock Holmes (Sherlock Holmes - Arthur Conan Doyle)". Is this meant to be a crossover between the two series?

Fate/stay night & Related Fandoms

• I'm very confused - it looks like there's several universes mashed in together here. Can the nominator please confirm they are all part of one universe?

Star Wars - AMT

• Poe Dameron/Rey - This should be nominated in the Sequel Trilogy.

Not sure if you didn't get my answer for what I'm after, but do you have a verdict on what you require this tag to be named to get Comics Loki potentially interacting with Q?

If I have to use four or five tags to request this, I will. It just seems rather pointless to me to do so. I'm one of those fans that's attached to the general character, not any particular timeline or permutation.

I have been thinking about it - I'm not sure how to frame your tag in such a way that everyone in the exchange can know what it means and offer/request it confidently. I appreciate that Loki's situation can really only be described as weird, but given that there are significant visual differences between the various comics Lokis and this is a fic and art exchange I'm honestly at a loss as to how else to do it without asking you to nominate with specificity.

And how would you specify default Loki, because I'm already using his tag? Loki 616 is no more specific.

If it wasn't clear, I'm going to add tags to cover everything default tag manages to exclude on renaming, but I'm in no way willing to exclude default comics Loki, which is why I'm asking what you want him renamed to.

I think we're talking at cross-purposes. I don't want you to exclude anything. I want a tag or tags that are clear, so that people can request and offer confidently, and I am able to enforce compliance with the tag.

That said, would this be one way to ensure that people get the right flavor of Loki with Q? I'm open to suggestions on this front. As matching is "OR", you can chop and change with whichever one(s) you like.
