One of the more valuable services people can offer is betaing: that is, looking over someone's work and suggesting ways to make it better than it already is!

Anything else? (Turnaround, periods you're not available etc.): Not sure on turnaround, depends on length and fandom. Should be less than a day on 3k and under, 2 days at most on longer up to 5k.
