I will love you forever if you write me something for this series. By far and away my favorite character in it is Asmodeus, despite me hating his guts for the whole first book. He just hits too many of my tropes in further books. He's protective of his people. He seems to really respect and love Thuan. He chooses to murder the House because the House is not really the heart of their home. There so many hints of trauma in his past--and all of the Fallen have the trauma that *makes* them Fallen, a trauma I wish had been explored more.

If you want to make me *very* happy, make Asmodeus bleed and let his people care for him. More generally, I would love to see something with Asmodeus and Thuan moving forward. Do Thuan and Emmanuelle manage to make a better world and drag their spouses into it? Do Selene and Asmodeus eventually start to at least tolerate each other? Are they forced to work together to battle another threat to Paris? I also love Selene and Emmanuelle and would love to see something with them just getting a break, fixing their House, snuggling each other and figuring out how to move forward.

As mentioned above, anything comparing and contrasting the ways the Fallen deal with their Fall and what that means about their God would be fascinating. (In general I approve of punching gods who don't deserve their strength/status in the face, which seems to be what the Fallen's God would be, but feel free to come to your own conclusions or have the characters find theirs.)

General likes: found family, cuddles, queer characters, werewolves (mostly packs and the found family that tends to go with them, but also the fuzzy wolf forms), deep character dives, complicated relationships, relationships built on mutual respect and trust, angst with a happy ending, hurt/comfort, biology/xenobiology, bleeding from psychic injuries, pregnancy (including mpreg)/kidfic/adults caring for children who need them

General dislikes: hopeless endings, animal torture/death, child torture/death as the main point of the piece, rape without a heavy focus on the healing, PWP (sex is fine, and could be really great depending on the fandom, but I prefer having deep dives into character emotions/motivations with it)

This game, man, this game. I absolutely adore it, though it rips my heart out every time I play the ending. I have played Echoes of the Eye, so feel free to include anything in that. Do not feel the need to include every character, though I will admit to a certain fondness for the Player Character (I tend to call them Obsidian, though feel free to go with Hatchling or another rock name of your choosing). I also love the way the older members of Outer Wilds interact--the relief Hornfels has at Feldspar being alive, Feldspar's love of beasties, Gabbro's being so prone to going off on tangents into physics, Slate blowing everything up.

I'd just love some quiet character moments--either at the end of the world, or with the Player Character talking to someone about what's going on during the time loops. If you want to be really indulgent and write something where everyone who plays the new universe into existence gets to go to the new universe, or stay in the Eye watching, or even bring other beings from the old universe through, I am 100% down with that. I want the Player Character getting hugs because of what they've been through, or getting to just take a few minutes. I'd love Riebeck being nervous but brave (Riebeck and Solanum meeting could be really cute). Or Gabbro meditating with the Player Character. Or Solanum getting to meet Gabbro, and understanding him. Or anything with anyone, really.

I love this weird little horror game so much. I love Sammy Lawrence way more than he probably deserves or would want. He's had so much trauma, so many interesting things to dig into just with what's in canon--the horror of the addiction to the ink, the betrayal by Joey after Sammy stood by him through so much, years and years trapped in madness and misery, hating his body and what he's doing and what he's become. I have a lot of headcanons about him--I imagine that his family was evangelical and he ran hard from it and towards music, only to have the evangelicism rear back up when the ink starting twisting his mind--but feel free to run in your own directions.

I love queer characters, and this is a canon where I tend to just project them all over these characters without much canon to go on. I love a bi/pan take on Sammy, and all the possibilities that opens up. I see no reason to not believe the hints that he was into Susie; it's very easy to imagine he was into Joey, given all that he put up with (though I find Joey so distasteful that I would not like a whole fic filled with him unless he's getting repeatedly punched in the face for the hell he put everyone else through); I love the idea of Sammy ending up with Henry (or Henry and Linda, where Henry is queer and Linda is ace or they have a happy poly something figured out, anything's good), just because the calm one with the fiery one where they both like and respect each other's abilities is *chef's kiss*. Sammy and Jack seem to have a good relationship, especially in the tie-in material, and something with them balancing each other and making music together and going crazy in different ways as the ink spreads could be good. Sammy getting his mind back and going to find Jack, protecting the little Searcher while he tries to find a way to bring Jack's mind back? Two broken ink creatures making music together? A post-ink-world where they're dealing with Everything in very different ways? The two of them discussing religion post-ink-world?

Other possible ideas with Sammy: Henry breaks him free of the Cycle, and Sammy has to deal with everything he did and figure out how to move on. Henry breaks him out *earlier* from the Cycle than in canon, along with whoever else you like, and they have to figure things out. An AU where instead of creating the Cycle the Ink Machine accidentally summons real demons and puts them in people, and everyone reacts to that (feel free to have actual demons or to have psychic parasites/symbiotes of a different type).

In things outside Sammy Lawrence, I absolutely adore Buddy and Dot and Buddy's family from the novel. Buddy is so sweet and such a believable teenager in a tough time. He suffers so much from Joey's projecting Henry onto him. I would love something where Buddy is saved after a not ridiculous amount of time and gets to go back to his family. Alternatively Buddy and Dot are both in the ink, and they both get out and start a family of their own, balancing their differing religions and social backgrounds. (I really really like a gentle femdom with Dot and Buddy.)

Or Tom and Allison! They're a fascinating pairing, and we get to see so little of them in any of the canon. What drew them together? Why does Tom have the mechanical arm in the game? If they escape the Cycle, what do they do? I like the idea of Tom being black, though know it's questionable given canon.

I have no hard DNWs; I can quite enjoy darkfic so long as it doesn't, like, combine all my dislikes and none of my likes.
