Happy new year, dear Chocolatiers! Welcome to signups!

You can find the signup form here. You need a minimum of 3 fandoms to request and 4 to offer, at least one relationship for each fandom to request and two to offer, and up to ten for requests and offers. You also need to choose whether you want fanfic, fanart, or you would like either of them. Here is the tagset. If you cannot find your fandom, please look in "Uncategorized Fandoms". If you are offering a fandom with only one ship nominated, you need to tick the "Any" checkbox for that fandom.

Requests are currently visible but you are free to edit your signup until 11:59pm EST on 7 January 2020.

A reminder:

• Character A & Character B = genfic
• Character A/Character B = shipfic.

Please do not mix these two up!

What do you do if a pairing (that was approved) is not showing up on the form?

This is a common AO3 bug - if you go to the tagset and copy + paste the exact tag into the field, it should accept. If not, send us an email chocolateboxmod[at]gmail.com

Another duplicate... I don't know how I missed this last time. I checked and so far nobody has requested this fandom yet, although I'm not sure on offers.

Not a mod. But check the "any relationship" box and it will let you offer it.

Can we request one fandom more than once?

ETA: Wanted to do my sign-up, got the message (amongst others) that the following tags are not allowed in this challenge:

Clint Barton & Kate Bishop (Marvel (Comics)

Which is kind of funny, since I took them all from the tagset you provided. Any help here?

I solved the problem of the tags by myself XD For the first tag, it somehow didn't want it via copy and paste, but by choosing it from the list *shrugs* the other two were slightly changed, so I chose the second option I had with Clint & Kate, and the option with (Crossover) added with Neal & Sophie.

I know you're not deleting duplicates, which is fair, but is there a way to match the people who offered/asked for Critical role (fandom), [UnDeadwood characters], which is a selectable option, with people who offered/asked for Undeadwood (fandom), [UnDeadwood characters]? Just flagging that the two groups of the same fandom are possibly going to miss each other in the matching, and that would be sad.

A question about treats: If more than one person has requested the exact same thing, is it permitted to list all of them as recipients of the treat? Or must we pick just one, such as the person with the fewest gifts just before the collection opens?
