Signups and a final reminder!

 A reminder that signups close at 11:59pm EST today!

Once signups close we will be reviewing the signups to ensure that there are no duplicate fandoms in signups, and that all tags used are those that are associated with the fandom requested/offered. We have contacted those who were affected by the bug that allowed people to select any tag in the tagset and asked them to amend. If, at the time signups close there are signups with duplicate fandoms or signups where tags weren't amended, we will be amending the signups to make them compliant with the rules. This mostly will mean merging fandoms and amending/deleting tags improperly used, but if your signup does not have enough unique fandoms and offers to qualify, we will have to delete it so that matching can take place. Please check your signup and amend if your signup has duplicate fandoms and/or you have been contacted by us about issues by the time signups close!

Finally, we have been receiving a number of comments expressing concerns about the eligibility of various tags in the tagset. We're afraid that we cannot touch the tagset at this stage. If you think a person, character, or prompt should not be allowed in Chocolatebox, please let us know at the end of this round, so we can open it up for discussion.

Otherwise, let's see if we can break 600 signups!

For some reason when I signed up for Falsettos, the Whizzer Brown + Jason tag wasn't available to pick, even though the nomination was approved and it shows up in the tag set. Do you know why this is please? Not the end of the world but thought I'd check!

That's a known AO3 bug! If you copy and paste it exactly as it appears in the tagset, the signup form should accept it.

Glad I read this comment - one of my approved Kingsman tags had inexplicably not made it into the tagset. I was just able to amend my signup with it.

Should have checked on this issue earlier, but it turns out that the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha fandom can't be offered. Only one pairing made it into the tag set, and the form refuses to allow offers with only one pairing. If nothing else, this is probably gonna cause problems with matching if people can request it but can't offer to match those requests.

E2: Oh, of course, this can be cheated by just ticking "Any Relationship". Never mind, it works.

So, just after sign-ups closed, I looked at my sign-up and discovered I actually had one more relationship requested than I intended for one of my fandoms. Is that something that can be changed for me, or should I start amending my letter and coming up with prompts? (It's a relationships I like, just one I'd decided not to request after all)
