You can find the signup form here. You need a minimum of 3 fandoms to request and 4 to offer, and up to ten for requests and offers. You also need to choose whether you want fanfic, fanart, or you would like either of them. Here is the tagset. If you cannot find your fandom, please look in "Unassigned Fandoms". If you are offering a fandom with only one ship nominated, you need to tick the "Any" checkbox for that fandom.
Requests are currently visible but you are free to edit your signup until 11:59pm EST on 7 January 2017. I may be a little late in closing signups, but please do not rely on this.

EDIT: If you nominated Heathers (1988), please comment with a link to your nominations so that I can insert your nominated tags back into the tag set.
