Tag Set Corrections!

 The tag set is closed, coming in at 10,244 tags split between 988 fandoms. Comparatively, last year we had 6,882 tags split between 721 fandoms.

You can find the tagset here!

Please go through the tagset and see if there are any duplicated or migrating tags. There likely are, given that there has been a fair amount of tag merging and splitting over the last few days! Please also make sure that your tags are present in the tag set as there has been some tags wandering right off into the ether.

If you have a rejected nomination, there are four possible reasons:

1. The relationship tag contained a character that did not appear in the canon nominated;
2. You nominated a crossover, it was ambiguous as to which franchise you meant, and you have not responded to the mod posts to clarify your nomination;
3. Your nomination was too broad a category and you did not respond to the mod posts or amend your nomination;
4. You nominated Star Wars - All Media Types.

I'm afraid I can't change that! AO3 has hardcoded associations for fandoms as to what category they belong to, which is not something I have access to.

I don't know if this is a problem, but for Batman v Superman, the fandom tags are inconsistent: some ships have (BvS), others (DoJ), others (DCEU).

For Corruption of Champions, the tag "Female Champions/Imp Lord" has a typo, that's supposed to be "Female Champion" (singular), not champions. It's my nomination and I messed that up, sorry.

For the moment I'm leaving the Batman v Superman tags - the notes in brackets are simply to ensure that every other series where Batman and Superman appear aren't brought into our tagset as well. Otherwise we'd have a Crisis of Infinite Clarks or something!

Under Avengers Academy (Video Game), there's a duplicate. Natasha Romanov/Janet Van Dyne (AvAc) and Black Widow/Wasp (AvAc) is the same thing.

Also, there's a typo. Black Widow/Iron Man/Waso (AvAc) should be Black Widow/Iron Man/Wasp.

I'm afraid they're stuck there. Fandoms are wrangled into categories by AO3's tag wranglers, and I don't have any control over when and if that happens. Sorry about that!

Under Sense8 (TV) these two relationships are listed:

I think these are the same thing? You might have to ask the nominators, but the first one is the whole cluster shipped together and I think the second one is intended to mean shipping the cluster members with each other.

Buffy Summers (BtVS)/Sesshoumaru (Inu Yasha) --> should be: Buffy Summers (BtVS)/Sesshomaru (Inu Yasha) (No U in Sesshomaru.)

Tsukino Usagi (Sailor Moon)/Remu LeBeau (X-Men: the Animated Series) --> should be Tsukino Usagi (Sailor Moon)/Remy LeBeau (X-Men: the Animated Series) (Remy ends in a Y rather than a U.)
