Would it be possible to add this info to the pinned post with the schedule, or at least link to a post with the basic info?
Multiple people I know have expressed interest in joining for the first time, but because the basic exchange info is so hard to find/vague to a newcomer and written as if everyone participating has participated before, it's really off-putting and they often end up overwhelmed and not wanting to bother. :\
