Basically, we didn't have time. Tagset approval is a really time-critical task, and in the lead up to Christmas time is something we don't have a lot of. Unscreening a comment usually means we're about to action it, and we wanted to get as much of the tagset approved as possible before we start tagset corrections. We apologize for the anxiety it caused that we hadn't yet unscreened your comments.
