1) Painted Skin: The Guo Jingming edition (2020) is not a canonical tag, and the only people who can wrangle non-canonical tags to make them canonical (including associating them with a medium) are AO3 tag wranglers. We're not tag wranglers, so non-canonical tags will have to remain in Uncategorized. We appreciate your concern that people won't know where to find non-canonical tags, but there's nothing we can do about it.
2) Are the nominated ships the ones sitting in the category "Unassociated Characters & Relationships"? If so, the association between fandom and relationship has been broken (this happens sometimes) and we will need to manually reassociate them. That'll be done sometime today.
