Not the nominator, but wanted to provide some insight regarding the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon/Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Anime and Manga) nominations.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is a live-action TV series from 2003. I've never seen it, but I know that it is loosely based on the anime and manga. It is considered its own continuity.
The anime and manga are technically called Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, which when translated into English can be Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, but it is known officially as the prior title. There are two anime series: the 1992 run and the 2014 run (better known as Sailor Moon Crystal). While the 1992 anime doesn't 100% align with the events in the manga, they are similar enough that I've seen them treated as one fandom in other exchanges. Crystal sticks pretty close to the manga continuity, as well, and thus is usually grouped together with the rest.
tl;dr - Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon should be its own category while Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Anime and Manga) should be renamed Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. But I also defer to whatever the nominator(s) intended (they might have mixed them up for all I know).
