Happy new year, dear Chocolatiers! Welcome to signups!

You can find the signup form here. You need a minimum of 3 fandoms to request and 4 to offer, at least one relationship for each fandom to request and two to offer, and up to twenty for requests and offers. You also need to choose whether you want fanfic, fanart, or you would like either of them. Here is the tagset. If you cannot find your fandom, please look in "Uncategorized Fandoms". If you are offering a fandom with only one ship nominated, you need to tick the "Any" checkbox for that fandom.

If we had to default you at deadline you are required to complete your assignment before you can sign up again. When you do this, please email us so that we can tick you off. If you sign up while you are still banned, we will delete your signup at the end of signups. Please feel free to contact us if you want to confirm whether you are banned or not.

A reminder also that you are only allowed to sign up with one account.

Requests are currently visible but you are free to edit your signup until 11:59pm EST on 7 January 2021.

A reminder:
Character A & Character B = genfic
Character A/Character B = shipfic.

Please do not mix these two up!

EDIT: It's come to our attention that due to a mistake on our part, you can request and offer fandoms more than once. That is, you can request Fandom A two or more times, or you can offer Fandom A two or more times. Please check your assignments and ensure that every fandom in your requests, and every fandom in your offers, is unique. We will be checking all requests and offers once signups are finalised and the more work we have to do to ensure that all signups comply with this requirement, the longer it will take for you to get your assignment.

Hi! I just tried signing up and got the following error: "You have submitted more than one offer with the same additional tag tags. This challenge requires them all to be unique."

When I clicked "Any Addditional Tags" on my offers, it worked, but I would rather not subject my recip to art.

Tag not showing up?

Hello!

Under 'Ancient Greek Religion & Lore', the 'Aphrodite/Adonis/Persephone' tag is in the tagset but isn't showing up when I try to request/offer it. It was an awesome tag and I would love if it could be online before sign-ups close!

That's a known AO3 bug. If you copy it exactly as it is in the tagset into your signup, it should work.

just noticed that the ship "Cater Diamon/Trey Clover/Riddle Roseharts (twst)" in Twisted-Wonderland, it should be "Diamond" not Diamon ;;

Figured you'd want to be aware of this - looks like you can request fandoms more than once instead of only picking unique fandoms.

Hi! I was planning to request the same fandom twice (but only count it once toward my minimum) because there are some relationships I’d like art for, but some I wouldn’t. Are we not allowed to do that?

I've been browsing requests in the app, and I'm noticing that some people haven't selected which medium(s) they want (art and/or fic, I mean). Is there a way we can make sure that gets updated before matching?

It means they have selected "Any" for medium. The sign-ups in AO3 are fine since AO3 won't let you submit your sign-up with out either selecting at least one medium, or check "Any".

I'm trying to sign up to offer Bon Cop Bad Cop, among other things, and there's only one pairing listed as an option so it's not allowing me to make the offer. :(

I just circumvented a vexing problem ... maybe it was mentioned already?

But if a fandom only has a single relationship, to offer it, you must check "any relationship."

Because you need to have "at least 2" otherwise.

I was very freaked out until I thought of checking "any" instead.

Yes, you do need to select Any if your fandom only has one relationship! It’s the last sentence of paragraph two of this post.

sign-up issue?

Hi, just wanted to let you know that it looks like the description I put in for one of my requests isn't showing up in the App. It does show up when I look at my sign-up, though. I just wanted to make sure the sign-up is ok and will come through when assignments go out.

(Maybe it's because I got a bit... longwinded... about why I love my fandoms/pairings???)

My user name is "Mollyamory (Molly)" as it appears in the app.
