I'm the nominator for LGBT British Royalty RPF. I'm happy to come up with a new name, but I was wondering what the problem was with this one - that will help me pick a new one better. Otherwise I may end up with an equally objectionable name!

A few options that come to mind:

LGBT Monarchs RPF
Historical LGBT Monarchs RPF
Arguably-LGBT Monarchs RPF
British Monarchs and their Same-Sex Lovers RPF

I know all of these sound horrible, I'm sorry. The original was the one that sounded best to me.

Essentially, we have to be able to make a call about whether a character fits within a particular fandom or not. For most fandoms, this is pretty easy - either they are or are not. For this nomination, you're asking us to make a judgment call about whether a British monarch is or would consider themselves to be LGBT+ and that's a tough ask!

That said, what about Historical British Monarchs RPF? In Chocolate Box you're not bound by the same RPF conventions as you are for Yuletide, so you don't need to go down to the level of detail that you might in that exchange.

Question of Wonder Woman versions

So I saw this Lara Croft/Wonder Woman crossover art here, and I want it like BURNING. I'm delighted to see in the Crossover fandoms that there's already Lara Croft (Tomb Raider Legend Timeline)/Diana (Wonder Woman Comics)
But I've only seen the Wonder Woman movie (the first one), and never even picked up a DC comic before. Would it be safer to nominate Lara Croft(Tomb Raider Legend Timeline)/Diana Prince| Wonder Woman (DCEU), or is that too redundant? Anyone more knowledgeable have thoughts?

Hi, I'm so sorry, I didn't see the rule about including the fandom in parentheses until it was too late, and now I'm having trouble going back to edit my nominations even though they're only partially reviewed. I was able to use parentheses for all non-canonical tags, but I totally forgot to include them when the tags were already in the drop-down menu. Would it be okay if I corrected them here so they're not rejected?

Thanks for bringing that to our attention! We don't consider them duplicates because Byleth's gender is customizable by the player at the beginning of the game, and the relationships can be different as a result, so we will leave them in.
