Nominations Update
Greetings Chocolatiers!
We're currently at the point where we're mostly up to date with the tags we can approve. We're still sorting through some of the queries from the last post and should have an answer in due course.
If your fandom has already been approved, due to the set up of the mod console, we can only see the first few alphabetical fandoms. That means we're unlikely to see your fandom for a while if it is near the end of the alphabet.
This year we have tweaked the nominations requirements which may be why your nomination is pending:
A nomination that does not meet this criteria will not be approved. You can check your nomination and revise before nominations close.

- Characters in any given relationship are to be ordered in alphabetical order with reference to the first part of each character's name being used, as you read left to right. That is, if the family name goes first, then by family name. If the given name comes first, by given name.
- All nominations must contain at the end, inside parentheses (), the name of the canon (or a truncated version as necessary).
A nomination that does not meet this criteria will not be approved. You can check your nomination and revise before nominations close.

Oh sorry, "approved" refers to the status of the fandom in the tagset. DC's Arrowverse probably got approved because it's close to the beginning of the alphabet! The mod POV of the tagset is a clunky mess. The rest of your noms probably just haven't been shown to the mod yet, although since it sounds like you picked tags from the dropdown it wouldn't hurt to doublecheck that you followed the nomination guidelines about alphabetization and stuff, because in most cases the dropdown tags are going to be incorrect for this exchange.

I changed all but one to the alphabetical format because I couldn't submit because AO3 blocked one when I put it into alphabetical order because it was a duplicate of a freeform tag and I had to put it back as it was.

You could try putting in the fandom name a few different ways and see if you can get it to take it with a slightly different version; like, in the fake example, "Romcom", "Romcom TV", and "Romcom TV 2009" are all possible versions that you could use. Maybe one of those might work where the others don't. It just needs to be clear enough to the mods which fandom the nomination is supposed to be filed under.
They're not reordering tags for people, though, so anything not in the requested order won't be getting approved.
