In The Mummy series there is both Ardeth Bay/Evy Carnahan O’Connell/Rick O’Connell and the a duplicate pairing with Evelyn instead of Evy. It’s the same character and both names are used in the movie. Though even if Evelyn is the full name, Evy is used the most.
