Under
Discworld - Terry Pratchett
there is a tiny spelling error that results in a duplicate:
Esmeralda "Granny" Weatherwax & Gytha "Nanny" Ogg (Discworld)
Esmerelda "Granny" Weatherwax & Gytha "Nanny" Ogg (Discworld)
Esmerelda with an E is the correct spelling. There's also:
Esmeralda "Granny" Weatherwax/Gytha "Nanny" Ogg (Discworld)
Which is not a duplicate, but the spelling could be corrected if it's important enough. :)
