I am absolutely in love with Nyx Ulric, but I don't necessarily ship him with anyone in canon. That said, I love reading general fics about this character - especially ones that delve into his past relationships. Give me Nyx growing up with his little sister Selena in Galahd. Nyx grieving Selena after her passing. Nyx's first meeting with Crowe. Nyx dealing with the aftermath of both their deaths. OR! Give me Nyx alive and happy with both Selena and Crowe.

Somnus Lucis Caelum & Ardyn Izunia
This is another relationship I love due to their complicated family dynamics. Canon didn't give us much to go on so please, don't be afraid to write your version of their relationship. The only thing I don't like reading is "Ardyn did nothing wrong" trope.

Crowe Altius/Libertus Ostium
Friends (to family?) to lovers trope is strong with this one. I love seeing the two of them pine over each other and not cross the line because they think the other sees them as family and are afraid to ruin the relationship. Crowe has so much snark and Libertus can be such an overbearing big brother to her. I want to read something where the two of them deal with conflicting emotions. Maybe Crowe realizes she loves him romantically, but is afraid she'll always be his little sister. Maybe Libertus realizes he loves her, but is confident she doesn't feel the same way because she's always on his ass and sassing him.

Clef/Ryuuzaki Umi, Fanfiction

This is a pair near and dear to my heart - perhaps the very first pair in my very first fandom. They are the reason why I am so deeply in love with the friends to lovers trope. Umi is stubborn and quick tempered, but a big softie inside. Clef is dignified and restrained - a well respected mage of high standing - unless he's dealing with Umi. Here's where you can see his masks fall - whether it's in annoyance at her goading or in deep worry for her wellbeing.

Another trope that their relationship embodies is forbidden relationships. She's a high school teenager turned prophetic knight from Tokyo and he's a 745 year old mage (albeit time moves differently in his world) from a different world (Cephiro).

I'd love to read anything that would delve into the two tropes. It could be requited or unrequited love. Mutual or one-sided pining.

Would love to read father-son or mentor-mentee relationship between the two. Perhaps Deckard helps Joe come to terms with the revelation he has at the end of the movie.
