There are two duplicates in 龍が如く | Ryuu ga Gotoku | Yakuza (Video Games):
Majima Goro/Makimura Makoto
Majima Gorou/Makimura Makoto
Majima Goro/Kiryu Kazuma
Kiryu Kazuma/Majima Gorou
The wrangled character and pairing tags use "Gorou" even though the games use "Goro", so that's what everything else in the tagset uses.
